Our available prefabricated modular cleanroom wall systems utilize extruded aluminum framing systems with a variety of wall panels. From 1/4" to 2" aluminum honeycomb to porcelain coated, FRP panel or a foam skinned wall system we can provide a wall system to meet you product specifications and budget. Our Ceiling systems include everything from Chicago Metallic type grid to extruded aluminum grid with both gasket and Gel-seal type extrusion. Welded aluminum plenum systems are also available in flush grid type configurations with recessed flush mount lighting in a gel or gasket style HEPA seal.

The prefabricated modular cleanroom system shown here utilizes a 2" double sided aluminum honeycomb wall system with a 2" extruded, gasketted ceiling grid, teardrop lighting, ducted ULPA modules, and shows a custom fabricated 2' x 2' aluminum pass through with static dissipative acrylic doors (shown with protective facing during construction).
